영화 <호우지시절> 중국의 시성 두보의 春夜喜雨 춘야희우 시를 기반으로 한 대사이다.
"Did the flowers bloom first, bringing spring with them, or did spring arrive and awaken the flowers?"This line is from the film "A Time to Love" (好雨时节, Hòuyǔ Shíjié) and is inspired by the poem "Spring Night Rain" (春夜喜雨) by Du Fu, a revered poet of the Tang Dynasty.

좋은 비는 때를 알아
The good rain knows its season well.
當春乃發生 (당춘내발생)
봄이 되어 내리네.
It comes when spring arrives.
隨風潛入夜 (수풍잠입야)
바람 따라 몰래 밤에 들어와
It follows the wind, slipping quietly into the night.
潤物細無聲 (윤물세무성)
소리 없이 촉촉히 만물을 적시네.
Softly, without a sound, it moistens all things.
野徑雲俱黑 (야경운구흑)
들길은 구름이 낮게 깔려 어둡고
The paths through the fields are dark with low-hanging clouds,
江船火独明 (강선화독명)
강 위에 뜬 배엔 불빛이 비치네.
Yet a single light glows on a boat drifting along the river.
曉看紅濕處 (효간홍습처)
새벽에 붉게 젖은 곳을 보니
At dawn, I see where the red has been touched by dew,
花重錦官城 (화중금관성)
금관성에 꽃들이 가득 피었네.
And the flowers have bloomed in fullness across Jin'guan City.
